1. How Many People Will The Chocolate Fountain Serve?


Answer: Chocolate Fountains are designed so that they can be replenished with chocolate at any time during the event which means, technically, the fountain could be used to feed limitless amounts of people. With the rental of the fountain you will be supplied 20 lbs of chocolate which feeds from 150 to 400 people.

2. Do I Have To Set Up, Tear Down & Clean Up The Chocolate Fountain?


Answer: No, leave all the set up, tear down and clean up to us. We will need at least 1 hour prior to the event to set up and at least 30 minutes after the event to clean up.


3. How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?

Answer: The initial cost includes 3 hours of service. However, we will not leave if there is a steady flow of guests using the fountain. If you know ahead of time that you want to have the fountain longer, you may request additional time for a nominal fee ($25.00 per half hour). If the request is made at the event and the service provider agrees to the additional time, the additional fee is due at the time of the request.

4. What Are The Table & Electrical Requirements?


Answer:
It is a necessity that the table used to facilitate the Chocolate Fountain be sturdy (must hold 150lbs) and level for the fountain to operate properly. The Chocolate Fountain requires a grounded, 120 volt electrical outlet within 10 feet of where the fountain will be located. Either you or your banquet facility should provide color coordinated table linens for the table holding the fountain.

5. What Accompaniments Can Be Used With The Fountain?

Answer:
We will work with you or your caterer to provide the most delicious array of food to be dipped into the chocolate. If you are using a caterer we ask that you provide us with their name and number and you may also provide them with ours. We will coordinate between the caterer and you to decide the best dipping snacks for your event, be it strawberries, pineapples, pretzels, pirouette cookies, marshmallows, or anything else you would think to dip into the melted chocolate. If you are having a small event and are not using a caterer we will help you with deciding on what wonderful array of dipping delights will best work for you and your event.

6. Do You Provide The Decorations For Around The Chocolate Waterfall?


Answer:
The Chocolate Fountain itself is unbelievable to look at, especially with all the tantalizing treats surrounding the flowing chocolate. The table linens should be provided by you or your event location. We will provide a cover for the base of the fountain in a color of your choosing (black, red, pink, white or ivory).

7. Can The Chocolate Fountain Be Used Outdoors?


Answer:
It is best not to use the Chocolate Fountain outside. Anything that may be flying around, from leaves to mosquitoes, may get trapped in the chocolate making for a not so good experience.

8. Do You Require Reservations & a Deposit?

Answer:
Yes, we require a deposit of $200.00 to hold a reservation past the initial five days. If our services are cancelled we will refund your $200.00 up to 30 days of the event. After 30 days, the $200.00 deposit will not be refunded, but, any additional purchases made by you will be refunded. The remaining balance owed is due 10 days prior to the event.

9. How much chocolate do we need to purchase?

Answer:
The rental price includes 20 pounds of semi-sweet chocolate, which will feed up to 150 to 400 guests. If you will have more than 400 guests at your event you will need to purchase additional chocolate. Milk chocolate and white chocolate are also available for an additional cost.
